Assistant Program Director – Ripple Effect Martial Arts

Are you a dynamic leader who thrives in a high-energy, team-focused environment? Ripple Effect Martial Arts is seeking two dedicated and driven Assistant Program Directors to support our students, families, and staff while helping oversee the daily operations of our schools.

We’re hiring for two regions — one based in Fort Collins and another supporting our Longmont and Broomfield schools.

The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and passionate about personal development. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive, professional, and growth-oriented culture where students and team members can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a leader and mentor within the school, supporting staff, students, and families.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and foster strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Drive program enrollment, retention, and sales through engaging communication and proactive outreach.
  • Maintain a structured and efficient environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Ensure smooth school operations, including event coordination and front-end management.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and students to uphold the school’s culture and mission.

What It Takes to Succeed:

This role is more than a standard 9-to-5 job—your schedule will vary, requiring commitment, passion, and a dedication to the school’s success. As a leader and role model, you’ll support the team, step up when needed, and ensure a thriving environment for students and families. If you're motivated, adaptable, and eager to make a lasting impact, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Professionalism, organization, and a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Experience working with children in a leadership or educational capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in martial arts or an interest in training is highly desirable (opportunities for training available).

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time role with reliable evening and weekend availability required.
  • Salary: $35,000 - $46,000 per year (based on experience).
  • Benefits include supplemental health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, martial arts training, and discounted tuition.

Application Process:

  • Submit your resume for consideration.
  • A background check is required.
  • Work location: In-person at our school.

If you’re a proactive leader with a passion for helping others succeed, we’d love to hear from you!
