What You'll Do

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll help drive our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution, top-tier quality, and client satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in fostering a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.

- Submitting drawings and permit sets for construction projects to various counties

- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure goals are met.

- Collaborating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to address challenges proactively.

- Communicating transparently with stakeholders, sharing progress and insights.

- Leveraging freedom to make impactful decisions aligned with company values.

- Embracing a continuous feedback loop to refine processes and deliverables.

- Have 1-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.

- Previous knowledge of Construction Codes

- Previous use of BuilderTrend is a plus

- Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

- Embrace responsibility and adapt to challenges with resilience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

Compensation Package:

  • 1099 contract
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Yearly pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

  • Henrico, VA 23228 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
