Position: Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO)
Experience Required: 0 to 2 years
Key Skills:
- Strong persuasion and communication skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent client coordination and relationship management
- Proficiency in sales-related activities
Educational Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduation Pursuing / Graduate / Post Graduate
Language Proficiency:
- Basic proficiency in English (speaking and understanding)
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
Job Description:
- Conduct outbound (cold) calls to potential or existing customers to introduce and promote our financial products and services using pre-defined scripts.
- Address customer inquiries related to company offerings and provide accurate information.
- Engage with customers to identify their financial needs and offer suitable loan products.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Handle inside sales operations for loan products across Pan India.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
