The Unicorn restaurant, Dublin's oldest Italian Fine dining venue, is hiring for a restaurant manager and an assistant manager position.
Benefits;
- extremely competitive salary salary up to 60k PA dependant on experience
- Additional service charge shared out with team (large events are common)
- Late nights are not common
- well serviced for transport links in a very central location off stephens green
Role Requirements:
- Experience 2 years in fine dinning essential
- Have a can-do attitude
- Problem-solving on own accord a must
- lateral thinker
- Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
- Provides feedback, training and pre service briefings to the Team regularly.
- Sets high standards for appropriate team behaviour on shift
- Ability to handle pressure and busy periods.
- Be clean, punctual, and professional in your work and appearance.
