Job Summary
JP Clarke’s Country Pub is seeking to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their award-winning restaurant and country Pub. We are seeking an Assistant Manager who is ambitious and dedicated to providing an excellent customer service experience. We require an experienced and qualified Assistant Restaurant Manager and ideally you should have extensive food knowledge, be a strong leader and motivator of staff and have excellent customer service and food experience.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a busy restaurant.
- Ability to assist in running an efficient restaurant meeting set KPI’s.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff.
- A track record for excellent customer service ensuring an excellent customer service experience for our customers.
- Ability to build rapport and retain and grow customer base.
- Proven track record in leadership
- Be highly organised, flexible with a can do attitude
- Ability to deal with issues and be solution focused
- Fluent written & verbal English
- Clear and positive communication skills
- Ensure compliance and standards are adhered to and maintained
Salary DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €34,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
