We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day to day operations in an Indian Restaurant. This role requires a hands on leader who can drive service excellence, manage teams effectively, and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate front of house teams to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and service standards
• Handle scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a fast paced hospitality setting
• Proven leadership experience in a busy restaurant environment
• Weekend availability is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
