We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary package, including a vehicle and UNCAPPED commission.
- To set you up for success, you will receive guaranteed commissions in your first 3 months.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus will be paid in two parts: $2,500 after 30 days and $2,500 after six months.

About the role:
As our Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in our flagship dealership. The role will involve:
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Developing innovative sales strategies that align with our objectives.
- Leading by example, fostering strong customer relationships to boost brand loyalty and retention.
- Monitoring sales performance and assisting the Sales Manager in optimising team performance.
- Engaging in our sales team's recruitment, training, and development.
- Support inventory management and build strong relationships with OEM and other departments.
- Staying ahead of industry trends by attending events and trade shows.
- Some Selling and Customer Account Management
Who Are We Looking For?
We want a motivated leader with a hands-on approach and a strong network. We'd love to hear from you if you possess excellent communication skills and a passion for the industry!
- Proven truck sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Technical knowledge of managing end-to-end builds across an extensive range.
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- A track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage effectively across all levels.
- A valid Truck Licence (or eligibility to obtain an HR licence).
- Familiarity with Pentana, Eranet, and Dealer Socket systems is a plus.
