Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager – Infra Sales to drive business growth in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's products to infrastructure projects, contractors, consultants, and government organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the infrastructure sector.
  • Generate enquiries and convert them into sales orders.
  • Promote company products to contractors, builders, consultants, and project owners.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Regularly visit customers and project sites to understand their requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Account Management

  • Manage existing customer accounts and develop opportunities for repeat business.
  • Track project progress and maintain regular follow-up with customers.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Gather market information and share business opportunities with management.

Quotations & Sales Support

  • Prepare and submit quotations as per customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, and deliveries.
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiate to secure orders.

Reporting

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain customer visit reports and project tracking records.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or MBA (Sales/Marketing).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Project Sales, or Infrastructure Sales.
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, scaffolding, formwork, or related industries will be preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
  • Comfortable meeting customers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders at project sites and offices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
