Assistant Service Advisor

Job Summary

Radhia Motors is looking for a customer-focused and responsible Assistant Service Advisor to support our service department. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their vehicle service requirements, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Advisor in receiving customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare and maintain job cards and service-related documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding vehicle inspection, repairs, and service work.
• Keep customers informed about service progress, additional repairs, and estimated costs.
• Follow up with customers regarding service approvals and vehicle delivery.
• Assist in preparing service estimates and invoices.
• Ensure vehicles are properly handled and delivered to customers on time.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the spare parts and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle information.
• Support customer follow-ups after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow company standards and procedures for customer service and workshop operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an automobile service/workshop environment preferred.
• Candidates with experience as a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, Workshop Coordinator, or Customer Service Executive will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and vehicle components.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and other departments.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
