What will be your role?

As the Assistant Spa & Gym Manager at Akasha Holistic Wellbeing, you will support the Spa & Gym Manager in overseeing daily operations, revenue management, cost control, and the development of the Akasha team and concept. You will ensure that all guests experience exceptional spa and treatment services, while managing schedules, conducting trainings, and fostering relationships with members, suppliers, and VIPs. In addition, you will assist with membership management, staff management, and the coordination of the spa booking system. Working closely with the Reception Supervisor and Head Therapist, you will support the overall operations and contribute to the team’s growth and development.

Who are we looking for?

Our new Assistant Spa & Gym Manager is courteous, personable and likes to organise, lead and assist people. Furthermore, you have:

• Academic background in hospitality, health, wellness or sports;

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a supervisor in a Spa and/or Gym preferably in a luxury setting;

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (Dutch is a plus);

• A strong sense of responsibility: always follows up, is accurate and knows how to deliver exceptional and personalised service.
