We’re now seeking a driven, detail-focused Assistant Stock Controller to support our Stock Controller and play a key role on our high-performing team. Toyota dealership experience will be highly regarded.

Description:
About the role:

Assist with vehicle stock control, documentation, and data integrity
Maintain accurate records within the dealer management system
Support registrations, vehicle movements, and stock audits
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing
Provide general administrative support to the Stock Controller as required

Skills and Experiences:
About you:

Previous experience in an automotive dealership (highly regarded)
Knowledge of the Tune (Rev) dealer management system (ideal)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Confident team player with strong data entry skills
