The Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Business Manager to support the Store Business Manager in leading a high performing, customer-focused team.

This role is hands on and people-led ideal for someone who enjoys developing others, driving results and being part of a strong leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Business Manager in delivering store performance and team success
Lead by example on the floor, creating a strong sales and service culture
Coach and mentor team members to build capability and confidence
Maintain a high standard of store presentation, stock and operations
Build strong customer relationships through personalised service
Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development

Skills and Experiences:
About You

Previous experience in a retail leadership or senior sales role
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
Passionate about people, product and customer experience
Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
Positive, energetic and solutions-driven
