We're looking for passionate retail leaders to join our WA team as Assistant Store Business Managers at our Claremont Quarter and Karrinyup locations.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced retail supervisor, key holder or assistant manager looking to take the next step in their leadership career.

The Opportunity

As Assistant Store Business Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Business Manager to drive store performance, develop your team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be a hands-on leader who loves working on the shop floor, coaching others and creating an environment where both customers and team members thrive.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the success of your store.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Store Business Manager in leading day-to-day store operations
• Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
• Driving sales, KPIs and customer experience outcomes
• Leading by example and delivering exceptional service on the shop floor
• Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining premium store presentation
• Managing stock, inventory and operational processes
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development initiatives

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Previous retail leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Key Holder or Assistant Manager
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on achieving results
• Positive, energetic and motivated approach to leadership
• A genuine interest in fashion, styling and premium retail

Menswear experience is advantageous but not essential.
