About the Role

As the Assistant Store Business Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Business Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the concession while creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

You'll lead from the front, coach and develop your team, drive commercial performance and help create a culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and premium styling advice.
• Inspire, coach and develop your team to achieve individual and store success.
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve KPIs.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through outstanding service.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Assist in managing stock, operations and daily store performance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
