About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of our store in a fast-paced retail environment.

Working closely with the Store Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, leading the team on the floor, and delivering a premium customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and store performance
Lead from the front to deliver a personalised, high-touch customer experience
Coach and develop team members to build a strong, engaged culture
Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock and operations

Skills and Experiences:
About You

Experience in a retail leadership role (Supervisor or Assistant Manager level)
Strong customer service focus with a passion for styling and service
Proven ability to support team performance and drive results
Proactive, hands-on and confident in a fast-paced environment
