Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager role based in T1 Mumbai Airport
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a store environment.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and handle diverse customer needs professionally.
- Solid Product Knowledge capabilities, including the ability to learn and explain features, materials, and use-cases across multiple product lines.
- Comfort using POS systems and basic digital tools; strong attention to detail in billing, inventory, and store presentation.
- Manage stock levels, assist in inventory checks, and report discrepancies.
- Resolve customer queries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support store operations, including housekeeping, replenishment, and display management.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold brand values at all times
Requirements
- Graduate / 12th pass with proven retail sales experience (5 years ).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Good understanding of retail operations and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
