To support the smooth day-to-day operations of the store by providing excellent customer service, maintaining stock levels, keeping the store clean and organized, and assisting with sales and transactions.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Replenish shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly.
- Operate the till/register and process cash, card, and contactless transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and checking deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
- Ensure pricing is accurate and up to date.
- Follow company policies and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Support store promotions and merchandising changes.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Work as part of a team to achieve store targets and goals.
Skills and Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills.
- High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to help customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as required.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €250.00-€300.00 per week
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
