• 6+ years in sales, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Passion for luxury and attention to detail in craftsmanship
• Love for the ocean and a sensitivity to environmental protection (a plus!)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset
• Able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customer

What you'll do:

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and grow our VIP clientele
• Ensure top-notch product presentation and stock organization
