We’re on the lookout for Assistant Store Managers to join our South & Inner Sydney team – supporting our stores at Crossroads, Warringah Mall, Caringbah, Artarmon and Alexandria.

What you’ll do

Lead and inspire a passionate team to create an unforgettable customer experience

Drive sales and deliver on targets while keeping operations running smoothly

Coach, mentor and grow your team’s skills and confidence

Keep the store looking sharp and fully stocked for every backyard hero

What you’ll bring

Retail leadership or strong supervisory experience (home, lifestyle or outdoor categories a bonus)

A love of creating great customer moments and a drive to exceed goals

Strong organisation and communication skills
