Grosvenor are looking for an Assistant Team Leader - Fire with commercial experience to join the team in Tamworth, NSW – this is a mobile role managing a team and servicing a number of clients.

We may be able to offer a relocation package to support your move to Tamworth, NSW, including for candidates relocating from New Zealand. This can help make your transition smooth and assist you in settling in.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Grosvenor clients
• Leading a team of Dry Technicians
• Providing technical advice regarding dry fire
• Working closely with the work coordination team and Customer Account Managers with Fire reactive and planned works
• Support the team with leadership and technical assistance
• Capitalise on the continuation of the maintenance contract base by remaining vigilant to potential repairs, upgrade work and refurbishments
• Communicate and engage with your team, work coordinators and management to ensure a smooth workflow

Selection Criteria:

• A strong technical background, and experience within the Fire Services Industry
• Proven background and experience in Fire Service dry fire
• Proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining focus on quality
• Experience with quoting, reporting and team management
