Assistant Property Valuer – Commercial Valuations
2024 or 2025 property graduate – full time role

The Opportunity:
2024 or 2025 property graduate to work with our specialist Commercial valuations team and work towards CPV certification.
Work in association with a collaborative and high-performing team of Directors within the commercial valuations business
Be involved in all facets of the valuation and consultancy process, including preliminary work, undertaking property inspections, client marketing, compiling valuation data, sales/leasing analysis, and preparing quality valuation reports and advice.
Undertaking work across a range of commercial assets for a range of clients including major institutions, banks, corporates, and developers
Obtain hands on experience and progress towards achieving Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status.

As the successful candidate you will have:
2024 or 2025 property graduate eager to pursue CPV registration and a career in valuations.
Driven by curiosity and analytical thinking with a proactive and positive approach to work.
Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.
A strong work ethic and desire to further your career in the fast-paced world of property valuations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this role is $59,529 annually [or $28.62 per hour] and the maximum salary for this role is $66,144 annually [or $31.80 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
