## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in dental assisting and receptionist duties, with knowledge of various dental software systems.
## Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling
- Maintain patient records using dental software
- Perform receptionist duties including answering phone calls and greeting patients
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Assist with orthodontic procedures and pediatric dentistry
- Utilize CAD software for dental design tasks
## Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry
- Experience with dental software systems like Progident
- Strong background in dental receptionist duties
- Knowledge of orthodontics and pediatric dentistry
- Familiarity with CAD software for dental design tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.98-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Experience:
- Dental Assisting: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Certified Dental Assistant (preferred)
