We are looking for an Executive Director for our Assisted Living located at Lantana, Florida.
You will be in charge of the daily supervision of this Senior Facility.
We are looking for someone motivated, who can propose new ideas and take initiative. The perfect candidate is Core trained and has an ALF Administrator certification, has experience in this position, in Human Resources and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and resident care standards.
- Manage staff, providing leadership and supervision to ensure high-quality care for residents.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, including those with Alzheimer's and dementia.
- Monitor budget and financial performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Foster a supportive environment, advocating for resident rights and promoting community engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
