About The Job

This is an excellent entry level position in commercial real estate. This job will be assisting brokers in site selection and some transaction work. The role is designed to educate the individual on the leasing process and has a longer-term potential of transitioning into a broker position.

Responsibilities

Perform site selection research on retail markets nationwide

Create spreadsheets and data tables in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word and Excel

Work with mapping software and real estate databases

Organization of paperwork, documents and computer-based information

Support team as needed

Requirements

Proficiency with software and technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe products and Outlook.

Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google My Maps

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills with extraordinary attention to detail

Ability to maintain highly confidential information and be able to work with highly sensitive and confidential issues

Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative in ensuring completion

Ability to communicate with all levels

Must be self-confident, self-directed and collaborative

Real estate license preferred but not required
