Family Law and Estate Planning attorney needed for an established small estate planning and family law firm. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing. Full time, needed immediately to take over current case load. Compensation is determined by a base salary plus commission. Previous associates in this possession have earned up to $100,000 annually. Must be able to work independently and with a team.

This is a partnership track position. The firm pays 80% of health insurance for the employee after 90 day probationary period, and all bar dues.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
