WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About This Opportunity
This role is an exciting opportunity work within the dynamic world of Payments, joining the Global Transactions Solutions Product team, supporting the commercialisation of cash management and payment solutions for Corporate and Institutional Banking clients.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Associate who wants to expand their experience and expertise. You'll collaborate with product subject matter experts to deliver market-leading products, services, and channels for sophisticated clients' payment and liquidity needs.

What you'll need?
You'll have the ability or evidence of your potential to:
  • Analyse market and industry trends for existing and potential customers, embracing data analytics as a means of gaining payments and liquidity insights, with an ability to assimilate knowledge quickly in a rapidly changing working environment
  • Deliver agreed initiatives, content and tasks to achieve continuous improvement to propositions and processes for the benefit of our customers, with high levels of motivation and self-sufficiently to work towards common goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build, maintain, engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally, to build brand awareness and knowledge of our offering, with a proactive, adaptable working style
  • Review, evaluate and mitigate potential risks, escalating where necessary, supporting the strategic planning for future investments and product enhancements
  • Confident written and verbal communication with excellent time and priority management, working methodically with process and structure
And Any Experience Of These Would Be Really Useful
  • General market awareness of payments and cash management (clients, industries, products, innovation, technology, financial regulation)
