Videoschool Media is one of India’s fastest-growing YouTube networks, producing 250+ long-form videos and 50+ Shorts monthly across 50+ channels in niches like health, career, finance, and tech.

Our mission is to empower experts and creators to build powerful online brands through YouTube-first storytelling, smart SEO, and engaging production.

We’re a small, hands-on team that thinks like creators, acts like producers, and moves fast. Some of our channels on YouTube are - FutureIQ (Podcast), Moi Phone (Tech) & Apna Trader (Finance). We also collaborate with prominent clients to help grow their YouTube presence. Our mission is to create impactful, engaging content, and we are looking for an Associate Content Producer & Writer who can shape what people watch, not just publish it.

Role Overview:

You’ll be the bridge between ideas, culture, and execution, spotting trends, developing content calendars, and guiding creators and editors to turn smart insights into scroll-stopping YouTube videos.

This isn’t a purely writing or coordination job. It’s a creative strategy role, part storyteller, part trend-hunter, part producer, where you help define what we talk about, how we say it, and why audiences should care.

What You’ll Do:

• Spot and Shape Ideas: Identify content opportunities from cultural moments, trends, and audience interests
• Build Content Calendars: Plan monthly and weekly content pipelines that align with each channel’s niche and growth goals
• Craft Narratives: Work with creators to strengthen video hooks, story arcs, and delivery tone
• Guide Execution: Collaborate with editors and ops to ensure each video reflects strong creative intent
• Study Performance: Watch what works, decode audience behavior, and turn insights into better creative calls
• Experiment Constantly: Test new formats, thumbnails, headlines, or tones to push each channel’s creative edge

Who You Are:

• Someone with content creation/writing experience of 0-2 years
• A strong writer and thinker, you can distill ideas into powerful hooks or outlines
• Deeply curious about online content and YouTube culture
• Naturally tuned into what’s trending from tech updates to viral news
• Comfortable moving fast, making calls, and evolving content strategy in real time
• Background in journalism, theatre, or being a creator is highly valued
• You enjoy both strategy and storytelling — you want to create impact through ideas
• Excellent command of Hindi and English (bilingual scripting & communication)

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
