Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care in a supportive and modern environment. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Duties
- Arrive on time in the morning and be punctual.
- Utilize dental CAD software for designing restorations and other procedures.
- Administer anesthesia and perform various dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.
- Document patient information accurately and on time.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license.
- Experience working with dental software is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is advantageous; new graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a professional environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $117,784.38-$405,796.46 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
Work Location: In person
