Job Description


THE ROLE

You will be joining our Compliance team at IQ-EQ Fund Management (Ireland) Limited, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in maintaining and enhancing our firm’s regulatory framework. This is a permanent position focused on the Fund Administration activities of the business. You will contribute to upholding our strong compliance culture while ensuring IQ-EQ meets its obligations to the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulatory bodies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You support the Chief Compliance Officer in maintaining an effective, risk-based compliance monitoring programme for managing regulatory and AML/CFT risk
  • You ensure all regulatory reporting obligations are completed accurately and on time in accordance with Central Bank of Ireland requirements
  • You provide advice and guidance to the business on compliance and AML/CFT matters, acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders
  • You deliver compliance and AML training to staff, promoting awareness and accountability across the business
  • You work collaboratively with the wider compliance team to implement regulatory change initiatives and enhance compliance oversight of outsourced business activities

Qualifications


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • You hold a relevant third-level degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, along with a recognised Compliance and/or AML qualification
  • You bring experience working in a Compliance role within an Irish Fund Administrator
  • You have a strong understanding of Irish fund-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
  • You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess compliance and AML risk
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct
