We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Mortgage Sales.

Principal Responsibilities

The key purpose of the role is to identify prospective customers to sell HSBC mortgage products, providing quality service and effective sales.

In addition to customer acquisition, MSMs are required to

  • Network and build relationships with external business partners such as housing agents, brokers and lawyers to achieve desired mortgage product targets and service
  • Demonstrate ability to continuously grow a portfolio of customers and bring in sales
  • Service Bank’s existing mortgage customers

Responsibilities

  • Submission of mortgage applications and prompt follow up with customer and internal departments until point of loan inception
  • Conduct proper KYC on customers and business partners (if applicable) to ensure data integrity
  • Timely update of sales numbers to Team Heads for sales projections
  • Attend to enquiries and leads with relation to mortgage
  • Follow up on servicing issues for existing mortgage customers

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly AOP targets set out by Group
  • Consistency in maintaining sales targets
  • Prompt response to customer and internal department enquiries
  • Quality of work, to be measured by QAS (Quality At Source) rate with <5% of total monthly loan application submissions, and complaints
  • Customer satisfaction, to be measured by CES (Customer Experience Survey) conducted after sales
  • Adherence to Group standards and controls set out in Group Compliance Policy as applicable as well as external laws / regulations
Requirements
  • A degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in home loans / mortgage products sales
  • A proven sales track record in home loans / mortgage products
  • A high level of drive to excel and thrive in a sales-oriented environment
  • Outgoing disposition and excellent communication and interpersonal skill
