We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead our Veeva CRM Product Line that is part of the Personal Engagement Customer Experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, product development, and market success of our CRM Platform that consists of Veeva CRM and supporting systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, regional markets (IT and Business), and customer support, to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Veeva CRM product line, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market needs.
  • Identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Collaborate with vendors to influence vendor roadmap to meet company business needs.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable features are delivered to market.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage with business owners and key stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure alignment with customer expectations
  • Provide product expertise and support to customer-facing teams, including sales, customer success, and technical support.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive iterative enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience launching complex software products in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to drive cross-organizational initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have, but not essential:

  • Experience with CRM, preferably Veeva CRM
