We are a well-established, client-focused law firm seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in Rochester, Minnesota. This is a full-time, on-site position for a licensed attorney who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and is passionate about helping families navigate difficult legal challenges.

In addition to family law, this position offers the optional opportunity to work on complex personal injury and criminal defense cases, providing variety and depth for attorneys seeking broader litigation experience.

Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate has a strong background in family law and is capable of independently managing a high-volume caseload. While courtroom experience is preferred, it is not required. You’ll be supported by a full-time paralegal to help manage your caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of family law matters (divorce, custody, support, etc.)
• Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Represent clients in hearings and trials (if applicable)
• Optional involvement in personal injury and criminal defense cases, depending on interest and experience

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Southeastern Minnesota/Rochester area
• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding caseload
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
