Key Responsibilities

Management of Cash accounts

Ensure sufficient liquidity for daily trade settlement.
Oversee daily operation payment.
Oversee revenue collection from accounts receivables.

Management of Investment Accounts which includes:

Reconcile trade postings, billing and receipting of trailer revenue and bank balances.
Oversee posting of business accruals and expenses.

Special Projects

Oversee design and development of financial accounting hub for new trading platform.
Review design of financial accounting hub and test results.
Design new accounting and operational processes to support development of new platform.
Provide support to Team Lead with regular management reporting.

Corporate taxes and statutory reporting

Lead filing of corporate tax, GST filings and statutory reporting.
Lead and facilitate internal and financial statement audits.

Mentoring

Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Supervise junior team members to ensure performance and quality of work.

Requirements

Minimally 5 to 6 years of experience in accounting, business administration or finance functions .
Relevant education qualification such as a degree or diploma in accounting or finance, or any equivalent qualification.
A good attitude towards acquiring new knowledge and self-improvement.
An interest in financial advisory industry and investing.
