Associate - Legal (General Corporate)

Bridgehead Law Partners is looking for Associates for its General Corporate Team. Candidates having PQE of 1-2 years.

Candidates having prior experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts such as Service Agreements, NDAs, Supply Agreements, Lease Agreements, Employment Agreements and Due Diligence will be preferred.

Candidate can expect to work on:

1. Drafting and reviewing Commercial Contracts;

2. Research on laws and providing opinions on Client queries in relation to day to day legal issues;

3. Drafting and issuing legal notices, letters;

4. Independent interaction with clients and assume ownership to close contracts;

5. Due Diligence;

6. Preparing and Maintaining Legal Trackers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
