TRAINING
You will go through a stream-lined training process to learn all facets of growing and maintaining a business in the textile rental industry. There will be an immediate 12-week comprehensive training program.
- Work with our production team learning product, pack sizes and creating orders for delivery
- Perform ride-a longs with our route sales team to form relationships with our route team and customers while seeking opportunities to upsell
- Shadow our route supervisor while learning how to multi-task and manage the operational side of the business
- Learn the administrative portion of the business by training alongside our tenured CSR and office manager
- Work with our experienced outside sales team cold calling, setting and attending meetings and learning how to get proper margins on our products
- Work together with our Assistant GM and GM to gain perspective on hi-level decision-making to improve operational processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Functioning in the business
- A large focus on preventative maintenance for our growing fleet of vehicles
- Responsible for performing deliveries when called upon during vacations, holidays and call-outs while increasing the size of our house route
- Strengthen and maintain customer accounts through, systemic inventories, regulated payment plans, by having consistent communication with drivers on account needs
- Utilize our routing software to create the most efficient route structure possible
- Ability to be on-call during weekends on a rotational schedule
- Focusing on the business
- Manage multi-functional areas including; management of warehouse, route distribution and outside sales departments
- Successfully address delicate A/R issues with customers by proactively communicating and coordinating deliveries based upon payment
- Coordinate and ensure all corporate training and procedure guidelines are being met for all associates
- Share in the responsibility for all company assets including: building, equipment, fleet, inventory, accounts receivable, monitoring and collection
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous management/supervisory experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED equivalency; bachelor's degree preferred
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and decision makers
- Fully embrace the belief that our employees are our number one asset
- Must have a valid driver's license and have an excellent driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT Physical, a criminal background and credit check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen when required
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Previous military experience is a bonus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
