  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve AI-powered product features.
  • Help define and track key success metrics for AI-related initiatives.

  • Support product launches and collaborate with the marketing team on positioning, especially around AI-driven value propositions.

  • Collaborates – You’ll work closely with Senior Engineers and Data Scientists to build and refine conversational experiences and other AI-integrated features. Close collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering is essential.
  • Nimble Learning – You thrive in a startup environment. You’re quick to pick up new AI concepts, tools, and frameworks, and are hands-on when it comes to testing out prototypes or validating hypotheses.
  • Functional/Technical Skills – You understand software development, user journeys, and customer needs. You’re comfortable thinking through the UX implications of integrating AI, and working with teams to deliver those ideas.
    • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in related roles, with exposure to software development cycles
    • A good understanding of user behavior, especially in digital products that leverage intelligent automation or LLMs
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Familiarity with user testing, A/B testing, and interpreting performance data
    • Prior experience or hands-on experimentation with AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP, or recommendation systems
