You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing safe, high‑quality and compliant project delivery, championing wellbeing and inclusive culture.
- Overseeing end‑to‑end programme management, ensuring alignment with client vision and key milestones.
- Managing budgets responsibly, driving ethical, sustainable outcomes and shaping long‑term strategic direction.
- Developing and empower teams, fostering collaboration, innovation and best‑practice excellence across stakeholders.
- Managing end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timeframes, budgets and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Driving collaboration across client, consultant and contractor teams, managing senior stakeholders and project governance.
- Providing strategic expertise, continuous improvement and leadership to teams, aligning delivery with Mace’s strategic priorities.
You’ll need to have:
- Ability to obtain security clearance within the client's organisation.
- Experience delivering projects in a live, sensitive environment.
- Experience delivering projects in listed buildings.
- Skilled communicator and negotiator, effective with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative organised and able to train others while managing processes independently.
