Associate Project Director job opportunity

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing safe, high‑quality and compliant project delivery, championing wellbeing and inclusive culture.
Overseeing end‑to‑end programme management, ensuring alignment with client vision and key milestones.
Managing budgets responsibly, driving ethical, sustainable outcomes and shaping long‑term strategic direction.
Developing and empower teams, fostering collaboration, innovation and best‑practice excellence across stakeholders.
Managing end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timeframes, budgets and stakeholder expectations are met.
Driving collaboration across client, consultant and contractor teams, managing senior stakeholders and project governance.
Providing strategic expertise, continuous improvement and leadership to teams, aligning delivery with Mace’s strategic priorities.

You’ll need to have:

Ability to obtain security clearance within the client's organisation.
Experience delivering projects in a live, sensitive environment.
Experience delivering projects in listed buildings.
Skilled communicator and negotiator, effective with stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborative organised and able to train others while managing processes independently.
