Since our inception in 2001 as a modest two-person operation with a single truck, we have grown significantly to a team of 45+ employees, equipped with a fleet of trucks, excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager - Industrial Concrete Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Duties

- Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans, goals, and timelines

- Assist in overseeing project progress and ensure deadlines are met

- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

- Support in estimating construction costs and preparing project budgets

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project milestones - Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

- Assist in maintaining project documentation and reports

- Aid in project closeout activities including final inspections and client handover

Requirements

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and project coordination

- Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, AutoCAD, or similar business management software is beneficial but not required

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

- Knowledge of contract management processes within the construction industry

Compensation

Negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
