ROLE SUMMARY

La posizione è collocata nell’organizzazione di Sell-out per il presidio di alcune provincie della regione Lombardia. La persona sarà responsabile del raggiungimento dei KPI di Team e del proprio perimetro basati su 3 principali aree: Fatturati, Distribuzione e Attività Promozionali dei punti vendita/clienti assegnati. Le attività saranno svolte in autonomia nel territorio.E’ necessaria una grande capacità organizzativa, flessibilità nel gestire le priorità lavorative e passione nel raggiungere i risultati. Completano il quadro del profilo l’attitudine nel lavorare in un team delocalizzato e lo spirito d’iniziativa.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Presidiare un territorio composto da Ipermercati, Supermercati e Clienti locali
• Gestire gli ordini in diretta sulle Categorie/Insegne definite dai responsabili Nazionali
• Attivare le promozioni Nazionali e Locali sul canale Ipermercati
• Verificare e Favorire la presenza assortimentale dei prodotti SCJ nei pdv assegnati
• Gestire i piccoli clienti con tutte le leve commerciali a disposizione: Ordini, Promozioni, Assortimento e Contratto nazionale

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Laurea in Economia o assimilabili
• 12 mesi di esperienza di lavoro post- Laurea in un ruolo simile
• Italiano madrelingua e Italiano avanzato
• Conoscenza e gestione upper intermediate del pacchetto Office
• Capacità di Analisi e Propositività
• Flessibilità personale
• Capacità organizzative
• Mobilità nazionale e Internazionale
