Associate Sales Operations Analyst
What to Expect

The EMEA Sales Operations team is seeking a Data Analyst to take ownership of the existing reporting framework, analyze data, and develop new visualizations to support and enhance operational processes. You will play a critical hands-on role in creating insightful dashboards and reports that enable better decision-making, while also managing key aspects of the order lifecycle and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, gaining exposure to diverse business areas in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll also be encouraged to bring forward creative solutions and ideas to streamline workflows and improve the overall efficiency of operations.


What You'll Do
  • Dashboard Creation and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders following global reporting guidelines.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, support decision-making, and optimize operational processes.
  • Order Lifecycle Management: Assist with order processing, including verifying contracts, managing timelines, and coordinating delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and contribute to implementing process improvements in collaboration with the team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and support operational goals.
  • System Familiarization: Learn company systems and tools to manage data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent academic experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role (internship experience acceptable).
  • Proven ability to design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A self-starter attitude, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
