As a result, we're seeking a passionate AT&T Sales Agent to assist in managing sales and customer accounts throughout our region. As an AT&T Sales Agent, you'll receive top-tier training and support from our dedicated sales and customer service team. You'll work closely with our sales and customer service leaders, overseeing an assigned district, implementing powerful sales strategies, and gathering pivotal data daily. Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Agent :

  • Directly connect with customers, using your expert product knowledge to guide and assist them with their unique needs.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new customers and strengthen existing relationships, driving growth in our sales pipeline.
  • Articulate the unique benefits of our products and services in a way that resonates with each customer's specific needs and requirements.
  • Overcome customer objections during sales by delivering clear, insightful, and solution-driven responses to ensure satisfaction.
  • Furnish prompt, effective, and courteous responses to all account inquiries, maintaining professionalism.
  • Engage in continuous sales training alongside colleagues and senior management to refine and enhance your product knowledge and expertise.

Desired Attributes of Our Next AT&T Sales Agent :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional proficiency in communication, encompassing both verbal and nonverbal forms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
