As a AT&T Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping customers stay connected through reliable wireless solutions. The AT&T Sales Representative will work with customers, and guide them toward the AT&T products and plans that best fit their needs.

In this AT&T Sales Representative role, your responsibilities will include helping customers find the wireless solutions that keep them connected every day. Working with customers, the AT&T Sales Representative will be able to answer questions, recommend the right plans or devices, and guide them through sign-ups and upgrades with confidence and clarity. This AT&T Sales Representative role is centered around customer interaction, problem-solving, and delivering a smooth, supportive sales experience from start to finish.

AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Learn to connect with customers in person to explain the benefits of wireless products we have available for them
  • Present AT&T wireless products, plans, and device options in a clear and professional way to customers.
  • Process any sales orders for customers for products they have shown interest in
  • Identify customer needs and match them with the right wireless solutions that fit their day to day requirements
  • Learn how to assist customers with enrolling, upgrading, and activating AT&T wireless services.
  • Build professional relationships with customers to long term satisfaction and potential future referrals as a AT&T Sales Representative
  • Stay up to date on AT&T’s wireless promotions, new devices, and feature updates.

AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Previous sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
  • A natural ability to connect with customers and build trust quickly
  • Ability to navigate technology fluently is a bonus but not required
  • Time management skills to work with customers, process orders and manage their accounts
  • Willingness to work within a team and individually
  • Reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week

Work Location: On the road
