Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our wireless team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in an office and outside environment. You will engage with potential customers directly in a face to face environment to promote products and servicea. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell products will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers directly to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer interest.
• Operate POS system efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and handling of debit and credit card transactions.
• Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product quantities.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products to assist customers effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in direct sales or customer service is preferred but not require.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and assisting customers with inquiries.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and engagingly.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting products in an outside environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
