Auction Support Administrator X 3

Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in Ireland and the UK. Our Dublin Office is currently looking to recruit 3 Auction Support Administrators to work in a fast-paced office and customer facing environment.

The Auction Support Administrator will support our Dublin Branch by accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems to ensure smooth operational workflow. The role requires strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information. This position also assists with general administrative tasks and supports the wider team with datarelated queries.

The role will involve but not be limited to:

• Data Entry
• Providing administrative support to the sales teams
• Dealing with customers by phone, email and face to face providing excellent customer service
• Cash handling
• Processing auction entries and Admin Support for sales teams
• Be involved in call campaigns, contacting customers to increase attendance for special sales programmes.
• Rostrum Clerk duties where required.
• Other general Auction Support administration

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have the following skills / attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
• Excellent customer care skills.
• Good level of IT literacy
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Cash handling experience
• Hard working and motivated
• Ability to work to tight deadlines

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm (one hour for lunch)
