We are seeking skilled and dedicated Automotive Technicians to join our team at Bramgate Volkswagen, Audi Brampton or Audi Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency with both hand and power tools. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers while ensuring that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as necessary for repairs.
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems and repair procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and repair needs, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and operating machinery.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is preferred; dealership experience is a plus.
• 310S License or 3rd Level Apprenticeship.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Familiarity with automotive repair techniques, including the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently as required by the job duties.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for understanding complex automotive systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39.50-$45.00 per hour

• Dealership: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• 310S License or 3rd Level Apprenticeship (preferred)
