We are seeking a skilled and passionate Authentic Desi and Pink Tea Maker to join our team. This role is essential in creating traditional beverages that reflect the rich cultural heritage of Desi cuisine. Duties

• Prepare and brew authentic Desi tea, ensuring adherence to traditional recipes and techniques.
• Create Pink Tea using the appropriate ingredients and methods to achieve the desired flavour and colour.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the preparation process.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen environment.
• Provide assistance in other food preparation tasks as needed, contributing to overall kitchen operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Strong time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Basic maths skills are required for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory effectively.
• A passion for traditional Desi cuisine and an eagerness to learn new techniques will be highly valued in this position.

Pay: £22,880.00-£24,178.27 per year
