Summary

As an Auto Estimator at Branning Collision Centers, you will play a vital role in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate estimates for repairs. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for repairs based on inspections.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and repair options.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure all necessary repairs are accounted for in estimates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and repair techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an auto estimator or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Directly with DRP Insurance Companies.

The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by several factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMS, I-CAR Training, and location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $999,999.00 per year
