Town Autobody is currently seeking a Refinish Painter to join our team in Winnipeg.

Town Autobody is a family-owned and operated collision repair facility known for high-quality workmanship, honest service, and a strong team culture. We have built a reputation as one of Winnipeg’s most trusted and highly rated autobody repair shops. Our commitment to craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and professional standards has earned us long-term client relationships and outstanding reviews.

Our workplace is organized, safety-focused, and designed to support efficiency and precision. • Blend adjacent panels as required to ensure seamless color transitions.
  • Inspect repaired surfaces for imperfections and complete necessary touch-ups or polishing.
  • Maintain spray booths, paint guns, and related equipment in proper working condition.
  • Follow OEM procedures and shop standards to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Adhere to workplace safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
  • Work collaboratively with body technicians and estimators to meet production timelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

What We Offer:

  • Family-owned company with a supportive and team-oriented work environment
  • One of Winnipeg’s top-rated autobody repair facilities
  • Competitive wages based on skills and experience
  • Brand-new, fully equipped modern shop
