We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our growing team and help us continue delivering high-quality repairs and safe vehicles to our customers.
Job Summary:
The Auto Body Technician is responsible for repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition following collision damage. This includes bodywork, dent repair, panel replacement, frame straightening, and related tasks while following OEM and I-CAR guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of vehicle body repair including disassembly, repair, replacement, and reassembly of body components.
- Use frame machines and measuring systems to ensure accurate structural repairs.
- Restore vehicle exteriors to proper condition by sanding, priming, and prepping for paint.
- Work with estimators to assess damage and ensure efficient repair planning.
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay current with training and certifications (I-CAR, OEM, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with teammates and management to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an auto body technician preferred.
- Knowledge of body shop equipment and tools (welders, frame machines, dent pullers, etc.).
- Ability to read repair estimates and follow OEM repair procedures.
- I-CAR certification or willingness to obtain it preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
