Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair, with experience in various techniques including MIG welding, fabrication, and vehicle maintenance. This role requires a passion for automotive restoration and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship. Including panel replacement

Responsibilities

• Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
• Utilize MIG welding and fabrication techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks and ensure that all repairs meet safety standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment for repairs and refinishing.
• Execute detailing tasks to enhance the appearance of vehicles post-repair.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
• Assist in auto estimating to determine the cost of repairs and necessary parts.
• Handle heavy lifting as required during the repair process.

Experience

• Previous dealership experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and components.
• Demonstrated ability in auto body repair techniques including sheet metal work, soldering, assembly, and auto painting.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and auto glass replacement is a plus.
• Experience in detailing vehicles to ensure high-quality finishes post-repair.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
